Ternium: Sending the best employees abroad is one excellent way to leverage the benefits of being a multinational organization. This is something Ternium understood very well. Our work has consisted of:
- Design the entire cycle of cultural integration of employees assigned to other countries
- Coach expatriates and their family to ease transition
- Compare the cultural profile of each assigned with the cultural values of the country of origin and the host
- Update on the evolution and adaptation process of expats
- Informar sobre la evolución y el proceso de adaptación de los expatriados y expatriad/as.
Experience

Danone Business Center has been created to support the Danone Group’s business units in different countries and on specific topics. This is the case of a new global team that was created to provide support in the IT area. The team was distributed in 4 countries of the American continent and made up of people from different cultures who worked together virtually. We worked with de HR department in order to facilitate the co-creation of a third culture in its global team, reinforce trust, enhance virtual communication and develop cultural intelligence. To this effect, we created an online coaching and teambuilding experience, which took place over 2 months.
