SUCCESSFUL CASE

In Accenture, diversity is breathed, and inclusion is a muscle that needs to be worked out on a daily basis. We have designed and facilitated workshops on unconscious biases, privileges, international collaboration, etc., which have allowed the participants to deepen their knowledge on the subject, and to exercise their inclusive skills and behaviours.

SUCCESSFUL CASE

For Bayer, inclusive leadership has been a permanent commitment. We have participated in Leadership Summits and in Inclusion & Diversity Weeks designing and facilitating motivating, inspiring and transformative sessions regarding leaders’ commitment to inclusion. Moreover, we have designed and facilitated a session with innovative methods, which allowed us to diagnose and identify the level of conversation and understanding that people have about D&I, and define new actions and challenges to continue moving forward.
